1. Tour Booking Guidelines:
After reviewing the information about the tour programs organized by Travel Tracks, to book a tour at www.traveltracks.com.vn, customers can choose from one of the following three methods:
Option 1: Register by providing your phone number on the website or leave your contact details under the respective Tour Coordinator section. A Travel Tracks staff member will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your information to provide assistance, advice, and cost details.

Option 3: Visit our company office at 156 Hoàng Văn Thụ, Ward 9, Phú Nhuận District, Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Tour Confirmation:
The process for booking a travel tour should be carried out as follows:
Service booking timing:
Customers are encouraged to arrange and book services as early as possible. This will ensure the best travel experience for customers. Particularly during holidays, festivals, or peak seasons such as the summer months, customers should register their intention to travel early in order to facilitate comprehensive tour preparations.
Travel Tracks LLC will confirm the customer's registered program through written communication via direct registration, email accompanied by specific program details, outlining technical details that can meet customer requirements while clearly indicating any unfulfillable requests. Customers who receive travel tickets (individual customers) or are required to sign a contract with the final arranged program (group customers) will be considered a commitment agreement between both parties.
All travel information consultations are provided entirely free of charge.
Within 24 hours, customer service staff at www.traveltracks.com.vn will contact, process, and complete service booking procedures. If no response is received, customers are kindly requested to call the hotline directly at (+84) 2866 727 737 - 0982 172 890 - 0979 494 882. The sales consultant will review the customer's information before formal contract signing. Any errors in information that result in incorrect names on flight tickets, visas, etc. caused by the customer's side will not be the responsibility of Travel Tracks for any resulting fees or expenses.
After successfully completing the tour booking on www.traveltracks.com.vn, we will send a confirmation email of the successful tour booking and the detailed tour itinerary to your email inbox.
