Instructions for purchasing and payment

Payment methods:

- Payment at the office: 156 Hoang Van Thu, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City

Assistance with the on-site collection: at the residence or office - a receipt or invoice will be provided upon the customer's request.

- Payment through a bank account:

Payment is considered complete when Travel Tracks receives the full amount before departure 10 days (working days) for Visa-Free Tour programs and 30 - 45 days (working days) for Visa Tour programs or as per the agreement between both parties. Any delayed payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the travel program registration (individual customers) and will be resolved according to the signed contract (group customers). Payment will be finalized after the official contract is signed for a smoother process.

Tour program prices are calculated in VND and USD. The prices for each tour are clearly stated in the price list for each program or based on service requests for individual customers, valid during specific periods.

Changes to the itinerary just before the departure date or during the tour as per the customer's request will be accommodated and the prices will be adjusted based on agreement and consensus between the customer and the tour representative.

Inclusions and exclusions in the tour price will be communicated to customers on the tour programs (individual customers) and contracts (group customers). The tour price only includes the items listed under the "Inclusions" section of the tour program. Travel Tracks is not obligated to cover any expenses beyond the "Inclusions."

Note: Foreign tour prices usually consist of two components: the tour price and airline taxes.

• Tour prices are subject to change at the time of payment.
• "Airline taxes" include air travel insurance, taxes for non-airport facilities in different countries, fuel surcharges, etc. These fees are collected by Travel Tracks on behalf of airlines. These fees often change (increase or decrease slightly based on global fuel prices) during ticket issuance (from 03 to 05 days before departure). Travel Tracks will charge the actual price during the customer's second payment.
• Tour prices will increase according to company regulations during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

Child Policy: 

- Children under 11 years old participating in the trip must be accompanied by an adult at departure.

- Pricing for children:

• Children under 2 years old: 30% of adult fare (Sharing bed with adult)
• Children from 2 years old to under 11 years old: 80% of adult fare (Sharing bed with an adult, separate meal)
• Children above 11 years old: same fare as adults.

- Customers with accompanying children are kindly advised to watch over them closely and keep them supervised during activities such as hiking, swimming, boat rides, and playtime to prevent getting lost.
